Professional Advisory Services (PAS) Panel
Avance Logic was re-appointed to the whole of Victorian Government Professional Advisory Services (PAS) Panel arrangement under the PAS State Purchase Contract (SPC) in September 2020.
Avance Logic was appointed to the panel as a pre-qualified supplier for Probity Services and the following Commercial and Financial Advisory Services categories:
- Strategic Policy Review, Reform and Project Development (incorporating service need analysis, service planning, feasibility studies and strategic assessments)
- Business Case Preparation and Development
- Market Engagement and Implementation
- Commercial Contract Management
- General Commercial Advice (incorporating Commercial negotiations).
Additionally, Deborah (Pollett) Hodgson is an accredited Investment Management Suite Facilitator and has conducted Investment Logic Map (ILM) workshops for various Victorian Government Departments and government organisations.
Deborah has also been a member of numerous Gateway Review Boards for the Victorian Government.
Professional Advisory Services SPC Administration
The Professional Advisory Services SPC is administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) and will have an initial term of three years to September 2023, with two one-year extension options.
