DEBORAH HODGSON, DIRECTOR
Deborah (Pollett) Hodgson has a wide range of senior management experience in the construction, water, facilities management and government sectors. Her breadth of exposure across the Victorian Public Sector encompasses a number of strategic operational reviews, organisational restructures and major investment programs.
Deborah has developed business cases and funding submissions across a broad range of projects across the Victorian Public Sectorand regularly advises on commercial and project governance matters. She has managed a number of the State procurement programs and regularly facilitates strategic and corporate planning sessions across the sector.
Deborah is an accredited Investment Management Suite facilitator (Investment Logic Maps).
PAUL BARNARD, DIRECTOR
Paul has managed numerous State and National procurement programs on behalf of the Victorian Government and been involved in the strategic planning, direction and delivery of complex commercial projects across the public sector. Paul is well regarded for his provision of specialist advice and commercial project management services across the public and private sector.
Offering extensive procurement and project management experience in the emergency services, justice and police, education, treasury and finance, local government, retail and technology sectors, Paul’s knowledge of procurement, category management, governance, risk management, negotiation strategy development and commercial advice extends across a diverse portfolio of Departments.
MICHELLE BARNARD, DIRECTOR
Michelle has a wide range of project management, procurement and operational management experience in the utilities, retail, technology, professional services and government sectors. With over 15 years experience, Michelle possesses strong knowledge of the Victorian Public Sector and how it interacts with the private sector. With a background in project management, She has performed key project delivery and procurement roles across a range of business functions and sectors.
Michelle’s experience includes specialist roles in commercial management, procurement and contract management, project management, change management, accommodation and property strategy with a budget formulation and financial management focus.
